Decoroomonline.com.au aims to be competative, if you find the same product at a lesser price email us with either the retailer or the etailers details and price point and we will try our best to match them.  All upholstered furniture is white price.

Payment

Methods of payment: we accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and cheques ( 5 business days is required for cheques to clear  before goods are shipped ) 

Colour 

Colours vary from batch to batch, if a colour match is required please ask for a fabric swatch to be sent.

Delivery

$10.00 postage fee for all items under $100.00

Store pick up - if picking up from our shop @ 317 Sailors Bay Road Northbridge, you will receive an email to advise you when your order is ready for collection

Goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch, if Decoroom is custom making for you, a 50% deposit will be required upon production and full payment is required before delivery.  

Please take care in ensuring that your order is correct , we only provide refunds if goods are faulty and in accordance with the goods and services act.

If you need to exchange any product, all associated freight charges will be required to be paid in full. Also be aware of any charges that may be incurred if there is no one present to sign and take delivery as arranged with the freight company.
